The McIntosh boys tennis team took top honors at the 2nd Annual Georgia State School Team Finals held Dec. 5-6 in Macon.

The Peachtree City Tennis Center's Team Martin represented the Southern Crescent at the state finals and won their division at the USTA Jr. Team Teannis Georgia State Championships, July 31 and Aug. 1 in Macon.  The coach was Craig Healy and the captain was Sharon Martin. The USTA Southern Crescent Jr. Team Tennis are 12U Division Champions for Spring 2009.

McIntosh and Starr’s Mill’s boys tennis teams have advanced to the Class AAAA quarterfinals.

The Region 5-AAAA Tournament was a very successful two days for the Starr’s Mill varsity girls and McIntosh boys tennis teams.

Starr’s Mill’s boys and girls tennis teams defeated Northgate last week.

The tennis season started for McIntosh Valentine’s Day weekend.

Starr’s Mill’s boys and girls tennis teams faced Chapel Hill on Tuesday, Feb. 24.

The Braelinn - Holleman team recently won the 14 and under intermediate division of the USTA Southern Crescent Junior Team Tennis program. The team, based at Peachtree City's Braelinn Golf Club, competed against opponents from the Newnan Country Club, Woodcreek and Highgrove subdivisions during the Fall 2008 season. The United States Tennis Association (USTA) held it’s annual Combo Seniors tournament in Peachtree City this past weekend. The reigning champs, Peachtree City Men, captained by Doug Strickland, did it again winning the 6.5 Combo for the state of Georgia.
