PTC wrestling has 22 qualify for state meets

Twenty two members of the Peachtree City Wrestling Club qualified for the USA Wrestling State tournament by placing in the top four at the regional qualifiers.

The coaches are very proud of the wrestler’s accomplishments and are looking forward to seeing them obtain more goals at the State tournament.  Big kids state (14U and 12U) was held at Whitewater High School last Saturday.  Little kids state (6U, 8U and 10U) will be held at Collins Hill High School today.

Peachtree City Wrestling is based at McIntosh High School and is a Team Georgia USA Wrestling chartered club. PTCW provides boys and girls ages 5 to 14 with the opportunity to participate in organized wrestling.

PTCW provides a safe, instructive environment focusing on both basic and advanced wrestling skills, structured practices, sportsmanship, character building and leadership. PTCW provides qualified USA wrestling certified coaches that are trained through various local/National coaches clinics.
