Several Patriots make All-State football team

The Class AAAA All State football team was announced last Friday and Sandy Creek, the Class AAAA state champions, was obviously well represented.

Head coach Chip Walker was a unanimous choice for Coach of the Year, while running back Rajion Neal was the AP’s choice for Offensive Player of the Year and defensive back Isaiah Johnson was the AP’s Choice for Defensive Player of the Year. Neal and quarterback Ronnie Bell made the All- State offense, while Johnson was joined on the All-State defense by defensive lineman Lacy Coleman and linebacker Clinard Stokes.
