Sean Carney defeated last year’s state runner-up from Upson Lee in the ultimate tie-breaker, triple overtime.

Others who wrestled well on Tuesday were Shallow, Hervey, Perry, Javy Perez, Josh McClendon, Ricky Oskey, Matt Lien, Jake Fountain and Rory Bertram.
