Sixth Straight Year
Congratulations to the Whitewater Middle School “Lady Wildcats” for their sixth straight year in winning the FCMSAL Tournament.
Katie Cannington (pitcher) along with her outstanding team-mates, who made astonishing, plays during the game lead the team to a win of 10 to 2 over Rising Starr giving them the Fayette County Championship for fastpitch softball.

I think it takes a team to win a tournament like this one. Everyone had a part in the games wheather it be in the dugout cheering or on the playing field. The girls did a great job throughout the season and during the tournament.
Last time I looked there is no "I" in Team..
