Local tennis team wins division title

The USTA Southern Crescent Jr. Team Tennis are 12U Division Champions for Spring 2009.

The team qualified to play in the USTA Jr. Team Tennis Georgia State Championship July 31 - August 2, 2009 in Macon, GA. In the front row, from left, are Megan Beck, Andrea Swanson and Breana Reynolds. In the middle row are Drew Dohany, Thomas Evan, Bennett Rissier and Will Hunter. In the back row is Coach Craig Healy, Peachtree City Tennis Center. Not pictured is Paula Reynolds, "Team Mom" Captain. The team has been playing together since 2007.  This is their first time to participate in the USTA State Championship Tournament.
