T.M.A. wins 12 medals at 2009 Georgia Games
In Fayette County it is the year of the Tiger.
T.M.A. Olympic Tae Kwon Do School, located at 1950 Hwy 85 Suite H (770-716-6888), has proven again that Fayette County is home to one of the best Olympic Tae Kwon Do schools in the state by bringing home seven gold and five silver medals from the 2009 Georgia State Games Tae Kwon Do Championships.
Master Eid Koja led his team of competitors ranging in age from 5-15 to rousing success at the tournament. Master Aladdin E. Koja, Paulo Martins, and Gerald Boveland are not only assistant coaches and instructors, but all have been successful competitors themselves.
Simone N. Harris, Matthew Todd, Lizzie Todd, David Collins, Darren Mitchell, Sonia Sarmiento, and Edgar Sarmiento won gold medals. Eduardo Naranjo, John Naranjo, Javaunne Powell, Danielle Clark, and Immanuel Larry won silver medals.
