Can the Red Sox repeat?

The Boston Red Sox won the 2007 World Series

(remember that? the way they swept away the Rockies?) Can the Sawx do it again? I say, yes, but it won't be easy (is anything involving a New England sports team ever easy?).

They have injuries to deal with (Beckett, Drew, Lowell, Ortiz....Lugo, I guess, but his injury has helped pave the way for Lowrie to play...and Tek's playing like he has an injury... and Timlin's old, is old an injury) and a tough first round match-up with the best team in baseball - the Angels.

Still, Lester and Dice-K (undefeated on the road) pitch the first two in the O.C. and Beckett could be pitching the clincher or the series saver on Sunday.

It's good stuff if you love baseball - just not if you're from New York.
