Bobcats trap four medals at Riverwood tournament

Our Lady of Mercy Bobcat wrestlers participated in the varsity and junior varsity tournament at Riverwood High School recently.

In the second tournament in a row senior Clint Ford (4-1) scored another medal, this time second place in the 125 lbs weight class.  Also joining Ford on the podium was senior Rich McPhee (3-2). McPhee scored a fourth place medal for the Bobcats,  wrestling at 189 lbs.

In the JV tournament Mercy wrestlers sophomore Brennan Sanders and junior Alex Denny, both took second place medals.
 
Next up for the Bobcats is the Kennesaw Mountain Duals on Jan. 3.
