Taylor wins world championship in triple jump

Sandy Creek graduate and current member of the University of Florida track team, Christian Taylor, is the world champion in the triple jump.

His jump of 58’11.25’ at the recent World Championships in South Korea, was nearly eight inches better than the defending world champion. Next in Taylor’s sights, gold at the Olympic Games in London next summer.
