Whitewater softball makes it five in a row with win over McIntosh
Kaitlyn Johnson, Mackenzie (Big Mac) Toler, Kimberly Perkins and Hayden Bartlett all drove in runs as the Whitewater Lady Wildcats improved to 5-0 in region play and 8-2 overall.
Toler started the game on the mound, giving up two hits and striking out three batters, while Kristy Cook closed the door with five strikeouts and two hits.
Whitewater has won five games in a row and has outscored their opponents 21-3 in that span.
The Lady Wildcats play at Starr’s Mill tomorrow at 7 p.m. McIntosh is off until next Tuesday when they will host Northgate at 5 p.m.
