Sign ups open for Fayette County soccer

The Fayette County Youth Soccer League will be holding registration for boys and girls Fall outdoor recreational soccer on Saturday, Aug. 7 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and Saturday, Aug. 14 from 10 a.m.-until 4 p.m., at the McCurry Park North Soccer Complex, on the corner of Hwy 54 and McDonough Road.

Practice will begin Aug. 23, with games beginning on Saturday, Sept. 11, and the season ending around Saturday, Nov. 13. All new players will need to bring a copy of their birth certificate. Ages are from 3 to 18, with age cut off date of July 31. Registration costs are $75 for 3 to 5 years old (which includes uniform shirt), $90 for 6 to 7 years old, $100 for 8 to 15 year olds and $110 for 16 to 18 years old. Uniform costs for players 6-18 years old are $35.00 (plus tax) for those without a uniform. For recorded information call: 770 - 461-1912.
