Tyrone team takes second at USSSA "A" World Series
The Tyrone All Stars 10U team had an amazing run. The team won the sub-state and state tournament, earning a trip to the USSSA “A” World Series in Louisiana.
They represented Georgia in the event and had a power rating of over 1,400 points. As the second seeed after pool play, in which they knocked off a 23-0 team from Lousiana, they made it to the championship game. Unfortunately, they came up a run short in the final. The team had a great time pin trading with other teams in the tournament. Parents, siblings and players all came together to make it a lifetime memorable event. The All Star team would like to thank everyone that has followed or supported them throughout the tournaments.
