It wasn’t what anyone would call a pretty game - the score was 4-4 after the first quarter - but for McIntosh’s Lady Chiefs (5-0) the final score over their longtime rivals, the Fayette County Lady Tigers, was beautiful. McIntosh outlasted the defending AAAA state champs 38-34 in overtime.
