The Peachtree City Youth Basketball Association (PTCYBA) will have registration for the 2010 -11 season on Aug. 21 - 22 and Aug. 28 - 29 at the Kedron Fieldhouse and Aquatic Center (in the gymnasium) in PTC.

Sports open house at Trinity Christian, July 15

Trinity Christian School will host a “Meet the New A.D.” Sports Open House on Thursday, July 15, at 7:30 p.m. in the main campus gym located at 8817 Hwy. 54 W., Sharpsburg.

Tessah Holt, a Fayette County High School graduate who played in two consectuive AAAA state championsip games for the Lady Tigers, recently announced her decision to transfer from the University of Florida to Boston College.

Flight wins tournament in LaGrange

Local brothers compete for state free throw titles

Brandon Toro, an 8th grader at Whitewater Middle School and his younger brother, Drew, a 5th grader at Spring Hill Elementary, won the local and district levels of the Knights of Columbus Free Throw Tournament.
