Former Whitewater third baseman Miles Head and and Fayette County pitcher David Buchanan played in the 2011 South Atlantic League all star game on Tuesday.
The 11u Peachtree City Bats won the USSSA West Georgia Championship Tournament held in Fayetteville, June 10-12. The Bats were 6-1 over the weekend.
There is another local player joining Miles Head in the 2011 South Atlantic League All Star game; Fayette County High School graduate David Buchanan.
